About the Role
You will serve as the PRODUCT LINE DIRECTOR in the TRANSPORTATION DIVISION, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORATE of the NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.
What You'll Do
- →You will research and provide state-of-the-art, advanced management techniques to Product Line leaders at subordinate organizations enhancing their ability to achieve the organization's strategic goals, objectives, and end-state.
- →You will exercise delegated authority to initiate, develop, and execute detailed strategic plans for delivering a wide range of fleet management products and services.
- →You will be accountable for leading, managing, and overseeing all aspects of the Transportation Product Line.
- →You will supervise multiple direct reports and additional employees through subordinate supervisors in various occupational series and grade levels within the Transportation Product Line team.
Requirements
- ✓Additional Information Continued: This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements.
- ✓Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
