The primary purpose of this position is: To enforce law, maintain law and order, preserve the peace, and protect life and civil rights within the jurisdiction of the military installation.
What You'll Do
- →Duties: For GS-03/ GS-04 In a developmental capacity, serves as a Department of the Air Force Civilian Police Officer performing duties on a variety of fixed and mobile posts and enforces safety regulations as necessary to enforce Federal laws.
- →In a developmental capacity, serves on permanent or rotating shifts at fixed access control points (ACP), or vehicle patrols assigned to a specific area, responsible to ensure security of access to installation, buildings, and areas within the installation, in order to protect critical property.
- →In a developmental capacity, employee assists with investigation of misdemeanor crimes such as recovered property, trespass, illegal dumping, shoplifting, abandoned vehicles, security violations, traffic violations, etc.

- ✓You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
