About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Hawaii has many outdoor activities all year-round including surfing, fishing, and hiking.
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent is responsible for providing priorities and standard procedures and is relied on to control work operations and accomplish adequate quantity and quality of work.
- →Plans daily, weekly and monthly work schedules and sequence of operations for subordinates and ensures the schedules are accomplished within set time frames.
- →Selects workers and assigns tasks to be performed.
- →Develops performance standards and makes formal and informal evaluations.
- →Adjusts work plans, assignments, and methods as necessary to accomplish work as effectively and economically as possible.
