About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at Directorate of Medicine, Cardiology Service, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Perform a variety of professional direct health care clinical duties within the field of Cardiology Clinic.
- →Secure a health and medical history from the patient or family member, record findings, and make clinical evaluation for assigned patients.
- →Examine patients and perform initial patient work-up and assessment of patients' care and treatment.
- →Provide broad care for heart health and cardiac care practices and procedures to stabilize chronically ill patients.
- →Perform physical examinations, special physicals, and other related physical examinations on assigned patients.
- →Order and prescribe medications in accordance with approved treatment protocols.
