About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at the 9th Medical Group in Beale Air Force Base, California. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Review physician orders for prescriptions, doses, and other drug requirements.
- →Conduct pharmacy dispensing services.
- →Replenish emergency medications for inpatient distribution within the facility.
- →Clarify with prescriber or pharmacist concerning issues with dosing, interactions, or instructions.
- →Enter medication orders into automated system.
- →Provide appropriate information to patients on proper use of medications.
