About the Position: This position is located at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma Washington. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Receive and review prescriptions, using knowledge of general principles of pharmaceutical practices.
- →Determine type of substance, strength, dosage, and quantity to be dispensed in accordance with accepted practice and pharmacy standard operating procedures.
- →Coordinate with prescriber or pharmacist to clarify issues or problems with dosing, interactions, or instructions.
- →Attend the dispensing window for pick up.
