About the Role
About the Position: These positions are located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. These positions can be used to fill: Outpatient Technicians, Inpatient Technicians, and/or Support Technician. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Receive, review, prepare, and fill authorized prescriber orders for prescriptions and bulk drug orders.
- →Enter prescription into outpatient computer system, reviewing profile for allergies, drug/drug or drug/food interactions, and duplicate orders.
- →Package and label products and ensure proper handling, storage, and accountability.
- →Provide appropriate information to patients on proper use of medications.
- →Ensure medication stock in the pharmacy.
- →Process and maintain controlled substance inventories.
- →Answer phones and resolve patient issues.
- →Contact providers regarding prescription issues.
