About the Role
You will serve as a Performance Assessment Representative in the FACILITIES SERVICES TECHNICAL SUPPORT of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze contractor's work to identify and recommend corrective action to avoid possible issues (e.g., delays, claims, inefficient performance).
- →You will review contract specifications for compatibility with the administration of performance assessment methods and procedures.
- →You will attend and assist with pre-proposal site visits and pre-proposal conferences.
- →You will review contractor invoices against inspection reports and recommend approval, disapproval, or appropriate payment adjustments based on contract performance.
- →You will conduct on-site assessments to observe work performance and methods employed to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
- →You will prepare government cost estimates for task orders and minor modifications using industry/DoD accepted standards.
