About the Position: This position is located at Army Medical Center (AMC) Womack, NC, within the Directorate of Exec Quality, Department of Management Quality. Incumbent will work to promote and improve patient satisfaction with services rendered by the Command.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a mediator (liaison) between WAMC and beneficiaries; ensuring patient concerns are heard and addressed, while educating beneficiaries on policies and guidance that impact their healthcare benefit.
- →Promote and improve patient satisfaction through engagement with staff and beneficiaries.
- →Conduct frequent rounds and implement service recovery strategies with the goal to restore patient trust and loyalty.
- →Function as the subject matter expert on aspects of customer service and patient relations and engagement.
- →Champion customer service training and initiatives on behalf of the organization.
- →Recommend to the leadership, staff and designated WAMC organizations appropriate courses of action to improve patient satisfaction.
