About the Position: As Patient Representative serves as liaison between MEDCEN patients, hospital staff and the community it serves regarding patient's rights and advocacy.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a mediator (liaison) between WAMC and beneficiaries; ensuring patient concerns are heard and addressed, while educating beneficiaries on policies and guidance that impact their healthcare benefit.
- →Promote and improve patient satisfaction through engagement with staff and beneficiaries.
- →Increase visibility and awareness of the patient representative (advocate) through frequent rounding and engagement.
- →Function as the subject matter expert on aspects of customer service and patient relations and engagement.
- →Manage tools that assess customer satisfaction and serve as a section leader for capturing, analyzing, assessing, and trending customer feedback.
- →Champion customer service training and initiatives on behalf of the organization.
