What You'll Do

  • If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for Paralegal work.
  • Typical work assignments will include: Performing extensive and thorough legal research into the legislative history, precedent cases, decisions, and opinions that may be applicable to particular legal matters.
  • Drafting legal briefs, motions, oppositions to motions and correspondence for Assistant U.S.
  • Attorneys' review.
  • Organizing data and developing trial exhibits such as statistical charts, graphs, and timelines to be presented in court.
  • Preparing and organizing trial exhibits, documents, memoranda, reports and correspondence.
  • Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.

Requirements

  • All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S.
  • Department of Education.
