What You'll Do
- →Monitors operation of the Engraving Shop during absence of the services manager.
- →Responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service and sales support to all customers in the Engraving Shop and the satellite location at the Visitor Center on assigned days.
- →Prepares reports of significant occurrences during the shift.
- →Responsible for the issue, receipt, and control of cash.
- →Issues cash banks to sales associate.
- →Balances register readings to sales and funds.
- →Prepares bank deposit and cash banks for the next day's business.
- →Maintains and enforces security for funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment, and property in accordance with directives and regulations.
- →Ensures all store records are maintained appropriately.
- →Must be alert to theft and take appropriate action.
- →Responsible for specialty orders for Photo Crystal, T-Shirts, and Coins.
- →Prepares and maintains Excel spreadsheet which accurately contains all the appropriate information required by the contractor for the specialty merchandise.
- →Receives and verifies completed orders from applicable contractor.
- →Prepares completed orders for customer pick up.
