This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Position is located at Human Resources Command (HRC), Officer Personnel Management Directorate (OPMD), at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
What You'll Do
- →Interact regularly with officials of higher rank in other divisions.
- →Identifies and produces Models to identify personnel imbalances within the force and recommend mitigation strategies.
- →Develop and recommend new policies and regulations to solve difficult or critical problems that often cut across major parts of the overall military personnel management program.
