This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for STEM to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. What You'll Do
- →Design mathematical and statistical models to conduct cost-benefit analyses.
- →Evaluate data sets utilizing economic analysis techniques to simulate process features.
- →Assess proposed policies and system capabilities to determine cost effectiveness and feasibility.
- →Formulate assumptions and measures of effectiveness to support resource acquisition decisions.
- →Present analytical findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- →Negotiate technical operations research solutions with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- →Direct the work of subordinate personnel based on organizational priorities and assignment difficulty.
- →Appraise employee performance to provide developmental feedback and recommend awards.
