What You'll Do
- →Serves as a senior professional and recognized technical authority in scientific work requiring the design, development, adaptation of mathematical, statistical, econometric, and other scientific methods and techniques.
- →Conducts operations research and economic analysis of DLA operating programs to identify actual or potential management problem areas, trends and similar factors to improve agency program operations and initiates new areas of study.
- →Prepares written and oral reports or presentations regarding study findings, conclusions, and recommendations for site or headquarters leadership.
- →Performs studies that directly support strategic management decisions and financial planning, which include inventory investment strategy, business policy, manpower planning and cost estimating.
- →Provides authoritative advice to senior leadership, mentors junior analysts, and represents the agency to external organizations.
Requirements
