You will serve as an OPERATIONS DIRECTOR in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVY WARFARE DEVELOPMENT CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →You will be the technical lead and authoritative expert for planning, implementing, managing, directing and controlling ongoing Operations Department (N3) programs and projects.
- →You will exercise delegated authority to oversee the overall planning and timely execution of Operations Department programs managed through separate organizational units.
- →You will have managerial responsibility for an organizational unit that executes administrative programs and analytical processes directly affecting the command.
- →You will assist with the development and integration of advanced cross-domain and joint warfighting solutions at all levels of naval warfare.
- →You will manage cross functional programs and projects that involve highly complex and sensitive issues.
- →You will manage the development and evaluation of cross-domain solutions to identified warfighting gaps.
- →You will assist with enhancing warfighting effectiveness and the integration of warfighting solutions and focus on maritime command and control at the tactical and operational level of war.
- →You will manage the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of departmental tasking through divisions supervisors.
