About the position: This position is located at the La Bella Vista Club. This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy.
What You'll Do
- →The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the facility.
- →Maintains various suspense files, regulations, directives, inventory control files and posting changes as required.
- →Assists in compiling correspondences, reports, forms, and other related material.
- →Prepares various reports and other statistical and financial data pertaining to the activity.
- →Provides information regarding operations to the manager.
- →Answers telephone, receives visitors, provides requested information, pick up and distribute office mail and correspondence.
- →Performs cash management and accountability duties.
- →Completes appropriate NAF reports summarizing previous business transactions, and deposits daily cash receipts.
- →Maintains time and attendance cards/records.
- →Preforms other duties as required.
