This position is located at Road Runner Lanes Bowling Center, White Sands Missile Range, NM. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of SEP entitlement for the current PCS of the sponsor. (AR 215-3 2-5). Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Monitors operations and personnel performance to ensure smooth running of daily facility procedures as well as special events/activities.
- →Enforces operational standards by ensuring staff follow established schedules, training requirements, and certifications are up to date in accordance with regulations.
- →Conducts inventory checks in accordance with facility policies, place and receive food and beverage orders for the facility, completes Daily Activity Reports.
- →Attends to customer orders and ensures guest satisfaction.
- →Operates a cash register as well as assisting in the kitchen and with leagues and open bowling as needed.
- →May serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders.
- →Provides information to customers on services offered and assists with marketing efforts.
- →Performs opening/closing procedures for the facility.
