About the Position: This position is located at WINN Army Medical Hospital, Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent independently performs day-to-day duties with the supervisor providing general guidelines regarding the nature of therapeutic activities and the program in general.
- →Actively involved in the preparation of progressive treatment plans, utilizing the full range of occupational therapy modalities and the application of extensive judgment, observation, and treatment skills.
- →The treatment plan is designed to restore and maintain maximum range of motion, strength, endurance, coordination and relaxation in accordance with the OT evaluation and treatment plan.
- →Tracks impact of procedures effects on patients, long- and short-term effects of different types of therapy, and appropriateness of a specific therapy, noting overall trends inefficacy, reporting problems to supervisors.
