You will serve as a Nuclear Business Specialist in the Nuclear Business and Strategic Planning Office of PSNS and IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as staff assistant to the Deputy Nuclear Business Manager.
- →You will monitor and provide updates on business processes, departmental training, workload forecasts, and strategic planning.
- →You will establish and maintain relationships with a broad range of personnel.
- →You will oversee the financial performance of the Nuclear Business and Strategic Planning Office.
- →You will prepare shipyard financial plans and budgets according to Shipyard budgetary policies, systems, goals, processes, procedures, and regulations.
- →You will prepare, maintain and determine the need for new or revised Shipyard Departmental instructions and/or guidelines.
- →You will evaluate the need for additional training requirements and advise Division Heads on the appropriate corrective actions.
- →You will conduct special studies as assigned by the Deputy Nuclear Business Managers.
- →You will speak to assemblies and communicate effectively via written correspondence.
- →You will serve as the departments SharePoint developer, coordinator for IT, training, telework and security, and Communications CCOP representative.
