Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Tucson Sector, Mission Readiness Operations, located in Tucson, AZ. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.
What You'll Do
- →In this position, you will be responsible for the agency's property management program to include acquisition, receiving, transferring, excessing, reutilization, repairing, and retiring of various types of property.
- →This position starts at a salary of $62,893.00 (GS-09, Step 1) to $98,928.00 (GS-11, Step 10) with promotion potential to $98,928 (GS-11 Step 10).

- →Daily duties include: Managing property management program; conducting inventories and record management; reviewing and processing lost, stolen, destroyed or missing property.
- →Researching supplies and working with requests to procure goods/services; executing purchases, conducting reconciliation, and maintaining necessary documents; conducting various duties within the agency's fleet management program.
- →Conducting records management and producing various fleet reports; conducting various activities within the agency's fleet card program; arranging for purchase and delivery of various vehicle parts and services.
- →Coordinating facility repairs and ensuring facility repair requests are recorded in the facilities management system; processing various environmental, security, and safety inspections and tracking assessment findings.
