What You'll Do
- →Performs administrative and management duties essential to office operation, including Human Resources management, budget and financial management, procurement and contract administration, and oversight of office equipment and property.
- →Serves as the primary point of contact for all aspects of office budget preparation, management, and tracking.
- →Plans and develops budget estimates, creates and monitor obligations, process reimbursements, and tracking expenses.
- →Supports contract management by monitoring performance, processing invoices, and maintaining records.
- →Coordinates contractor clearances, access, and equipment requirements.
- →Provides backup support to the Contracting Officer Representative Level III.
- →Oversees asset management by tracking, issuing, receiving, transferring, and disposing of equipment.
- →Maintains accurate records and conducts annual inventories in accordance with established policies, procedures, and deadlines.
Requirements
- ✓Conditions of Employment: You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or U.S.
- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
- ✓Federal or Military employee serving overseas.
- ✓Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
- ✓EDUCATIONAL SUBSTITUTION: There is no educational substitution at this grade level.
