About the Role
About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency at the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, at Fort Hood, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Provide quality customer service to patients and staff members from a variety of different backgrounds.
- →Enter, upload maintain, review, and/or update health care records (e.g., patient data, patient identifiers).
- →Provide support and input for the coordination of administrative services (e.g., scheduling, templates, staffing, and training) performed within the health care facilities or offices.
- →Assess patients' administrative needs and provide guidance or assistance in resolving patient concerns.
- →Provide clear and concise directions for patient care.
