The Advanced Medical Support Assistant (AMSA) provides specialized and expert administrative patient support while working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model in Community Care. Work involves specialized administrative judgment and the flexible use of a wide range of clinical flow processes relating to access to care across multiple clinics, specialties, and/or community care resources.
What You'll Do
- →Performance is judged in terms of overall effectiveness of the operation through broad general objectives and community care metrics, the adequacy and accuracy of the work, timeliness, and conformance toestablished procedures, policies, and instructions.
- →The AMSA provides specialized and expert administrative patient support while working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary care delivery model.
- →Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Telework: Not Available Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen to apply for this job.
- ✓Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- ✓Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
