This position is located in the Clinical Services Department of the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center Indian Health Service (IHS) in Sisseton, SD. The purpose of this position is to manage the credentialing and/or privileging program/process including related accreditation and quality improvement activity for the service unit. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for the management of all aspects of the credentialing and privileging program for the service unit.
- →Assist in developing scopes of work for provider contracts, assures requisitions are completed and all appropriate documents for the acquisition of medical staff providers is provided to procurement Compiles statistical data from completed charts and displays both in table format and graphic form and includes actions item statements obtained from the Clinical Director
Requirements

- ✓Citizenship is required Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959 This is a designated position covered by Public Law 101-630, requiring contact or control over Indian children.

- ✓Background Investigation Requirement: This position requires the successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.
