About the Position: This incumbent performs duties related to the documentation of patient care using manual and automated systems. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Process and maintain medical records using automated and manual systems.
- →Locate missing records by tracking movement through automated system.
- →Screen medical records for internal consistency and compliance with pertinent regulations.
- →Greet and provides information, guidance, and/ or assistance to patients.
- →Request records from other medical facilities.
- →Verify beneficiary eligibility of care by verification of identification card.
