About the Position: This position is located at the 99th Medical Group at Nellis AFB, NV. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the Medical Emergency Manager (MEM) and technical advisor to the MTF commander.
- →Manage policies and procedures to ensure accomplishment of programs and to find ways to improve quality, timeliness, and efficiency of work.
- →Develop and provide local Medical Disaster Program guidance to wing units including appropriate medical response and survival under a variety of emergency situations.
- →Research and determine or recommend actions or interpretation of issues that impact the organization.
- →Present clear, concise, and well-structured oral presentations that address the designated issues to peers on committees.
