You will serve as a MARINE MACHINERY MECHANIC LEADER in the Production Department of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead the accomplishments of mechanical repairs and testing onboard ships and within the shop.
- →You will demonstrate pace of work and answer employee questions on procedures, policies and instructions.
- →You will assign work in accordance with priorities established by the supervisor.
- →You will interpret instruction from supervisors and plan the product line workload based on employee availability and capability.
- →You will estimate and request appropriate manning in accordance with workload requirements.
