You will serve as a MANAGER in the DEPUTY FOR OPERATIONS of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
What You'll Do
- →You will create and promulgate policies and procedures; establishing policy and directing the technical and programmatic allocations of Department facilities.
- →You will establish and track facility plan of action and milestone schedule; coordinate and track execution costs.
- →You will establish and direct department hiring policies for critical technical and engineering skills; establishing direction and policy for employee awards and recognition.
- →You will deal with operational and personnel matters; lead development of policy and directing Information Technology network resources; lead interdepartmental operations and resolving personnel issues.
- →You will advise, administer, supervise, or perform professional, scientific or technical work such as engineering projects, systems, processes, equipment, devices and material or methods.
