Management and Program Analyst will be the primary resource for data collection and analysis for the Ambulatory Care Service. The selectee will be the subject expert on obtaining and interpreting data for the service and will provide accurate, concise information that will be used to determine the effectiveness of the care provided within Ambulatory Care Service.
What You'll Do
- →The Management and Program Analyst for the Ambulatory Care Service duties may include but are not limited to the following: Assist the administrative officer in the daily function of the Ambulatory care administration office, ensure smooth flow of operations of all clinics.
- →Knowledge of program operations, evaluations, performance improvement, credentialing, and clinical functions.
- →Monitors performance improvements for Primary Care staff competencies, etc.
- →Assist with implementation of all administrative aspects to include, personnel management, budgeting, procurement, and workload.
- →Makes and distribution of manual and other directives to subordinates section of the service.
- →Serves as a liaison with the all related administrative issues dealing with all Primary Care clinic locations.
- →Assist in the procedural aspects of expediting the work of the service as it pertains to workload, clinics reorganization, building, etc.
- →Responds to requests for information concerning service functions anticipating needs for information by preparing materials and briefing.
- →Reviews documents prepared for signature for conformance to regulations, format, local policy and other requirements.
- →Reviews and approve the time and attendance records in the absence of the Administrative Officer and resolve time and attendance issues to staff in order to reconcile timecards discrepancy.
- →Incumbent is responsible for accuracy and verification of all data collected, performs data analysis, and provides recommendations and solutions to leadership.
- →He/ she works independently in prioritizing, planning, and determining methods and action plans to accomplish assignments and project goals within the parameters of existing policies, procedures, and operating instructions.
- →Serves as a liaison between process owners, management, and process improvement teams during initial and follow up meetings to execute and maintain plans.
- →Preferred Experience: Experience with data management, clinic profiles, and clinic access.
