You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the RESOURCES MANAGEMENT BRANCH (CODE 1102.2) of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will prepare reports and statistics on appraisal system information and keep employees and managers informed of changes to the programs.
- →You will utilize various data sources to create reports to identify and evaluate trends or areas of concern.
- →You will prepare justification packages for new billets and/or high grade actions.
- →You will identify data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
- →You will analyze new or proposed regulations to determine impact on program operations and management.
