You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Resources Management Branch (Code 1102.2). Administrative Services Division, Executive Support Office (Code 1100), of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will research, review, analyze, and interpret OPM, DoD, and NAVSEA policies that impact personnel.
- →You will use comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts, and principles of personnel management.
- →You will analyze and measure effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive administrative and technical programs which are critical to Shipyard operations.
- →You will direct the maintenance of records, statistics, and data on personnel and administrative programs.
