Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Enterprise Services, Immediate Office of Executive Assistant Commissioner, Workforce Care Directorate, located in Washington DC. Additional selections may be made beyond the total number of vacancies specified using this vacancy announcement. What You'll Do
- →In this position you will ensure the efficient flow of information and execution of priorities by monitoring tasks, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- →You will facilitates the successful implementation of organizational goals and requirements, serving as a key point of contact and fostering relationships within and outside of CBP Workforce Care.
- →This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $158,322.00 (GS-13, Step 10).

- →Major Duties: Ensuring efficient flow of information and execution of priorities by monitoring tasks, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- →Facilitating the successful implementation of organizational goals and requirements, serving as a key point of contact and fostering relationships within and outside the Directorate, while preparing deliverables for management, supporting executive leadership, and the analyzing information flow, strategies, and programs to support Directorate objectives.
- →Monitoring and tracking tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed; preparing comprehensive content for meetings, presentations, and projects, requiring strong writing and communication skills.
- →Developing and delivering training sessions, providing one-on-one coaching, and creating written guides and resources.
