What You'll Do
- →Manages, monitors, evaluates, and coordinates the execution of the Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) program by researching and analyzing strategic initiatives.
- →Ensures the compliance of functional and supporting organizations with milestones, performance criteria, and goals.
- →Reviews processes and procedures to ensure standardization of the SRM program.
- →Develops and implements strategies to overcome obstacles to program execution and accomplishment.
- →Assesses progress in attaining SRM program objectives and investigates reported or suspected problems
