About the Role

The Management Analyst (Change Management) works for the Office of the Director. The Management Analyst key role is managing the successful transition of the implementation plan into operational areas. The Management Analyst will lead change management activity across the business lines within the Regional Office (RO) and will focus on implementing changes to business processes, systems and technology and job roles.

What You'll Do

  • The Management Analyst (Chance Management) is responsible for the following duties but are not limited to: Assisting the Director in developing a change management strategy to include a communication plan, implementation of a roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
  • Assisting the RO Director in assessing priorities and resource needs to meet program objectives through the development and execution of stakeholder communication, relationship management, and organizational change management strategies.
  • Communicating and working with management team to develop solutions to issues, while providing reports of projects and their status.
  • Leading the change management activity across business lines within the Regional Office (RO) and focuses on implementing changes to business processes, systems, technology, and job roles.
  • Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
  • Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
  • The grade progression for this position is GS- 11/12.
  • Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: Not Available Telework: This position is eligible for situational (ad hoc) telework only.
  • The selectee is required to report to the official duty station each scheduled workday.
  • Telework may be approved only on a case-by-case basis with supervisory approval.
  • Routine or recurring telework is not authorized for this position.
  • Virtual: This is not a virtual position.

Requirements
