Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of International Affairs, Human Capital Division, Human Capital Branch, located in Washington DC. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above.

- →Typical duties include: Building partnerships with INA managers to assess workforce requirements, monitor changing mission needs, and provide advice on flexible options for recruitment to support them in the hiring of personnel and optimizing organization structure in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, procedures.
- →Providing mission support guidance on human capital functions to supervisors and managers and evaluating and making recommendations on related policies and procedures in assigned areas of responsibility.
