About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the USCYBERCOM - Fort Meade, Maryland.
What You'll Do
- →Analyze and evaluate cyber operations forces training objectives, training effectiveness, training efficiency, and supports command training projects and programs to meet command readiness requirements.
- →Provide authoritative guidance, advice, and policy interpretation to program managers concerning management advisory services and their impact on joint training issues while dealing with difficult, complex, and often controversial issues.
- →Develop long-range plans for the acquisition and implementation of resources essential to support the directorate’s joint force training mission and operations.
- →Develop new procedures that furnish information concerning gaps in training and/or readiness.
- →Promote interchange of information on requirements, capabilities, deficiencies, and applications to support achievement of training and readiness objectives.
- →Provide expert functional support and advice in response to higher echelon queries on such areas as operational effects of alternative funding lines or reprogramming of previously approved resources.
