About the Role

The incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst on the Executive Management Operations (EMO) staff for the Office of Mission Support (OMS). Provides guidance and assistance in matters of management practices and procedures related to personnel administration, human resources management, HR data management and statistical reporting, office program planning work, administrative and support services, and management improvement studies.

What You'll Do

  • Initiates, plans, and conducts management studies in such areas as, but not limited to, operational and organizational performance.
  • Builds strong and productive relationships with other VA/VBA Central Office entities to reach project objectives and achieve mutually desired goals beneficial to VBA. -Responsibilities include establishment of tracking mechanisms, both automated and manual, and development of requirements for automated tracking means.
  • Uses systems and methods for tracking, managing, and daily reporting.
  • Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday Compressed/Flexible: Not Available.

Requirements
