You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST (UTILITIES) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN GUAM IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***
What You'll Do
- →You will advise Utilities Management organization on cost review analysis, studies, and projects.
- →You will develop analytical or evaluative methods to assess the effectiveness of program development or execution.
- →You will analyze performance measures to recommend process improvement initiatives.
- →You will implement process improvement (e.g., eliminate waste, improve product quality, enable faster workload, decrease customer costs) to improve utilities business and operational processes.
- →You will recommend alternative solutions derived from data analysis or studies to utilities operational situations
