About the Position: Serve as a focal point in arranging on-site training courses to meet the needs of the Directorate personnel in the area of management, supervisory, technical, administrative, and computer areas.
What You'll Do
- →Manage DPW tasker system utilizing computer software to track the status of all assignments being worked by the directorate Provide daily and weekly reports of all tasks that are currently due, late, and overdue.
- →Create new taskers as requested by the DPW/Deputy Director, BOID Division, or BIB Branch Chiefs.
- →Collect, review and analyze all data received by divisions to ensure completeness before submission to higher levels
