You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the CURRENT READINESS CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAM of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC.
What You'll Do
- →You will analyze long and short term program objectives and operational requirements to correct Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) identified deficiencies.
- →You will establish, implement, and maintain a Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) indoctrination training program.
- →You will data and tools to create presentations for the Wing Commodore in support of various meetings.
- →You will provide supervision, management, and professional expertise in the current and future implementations of Barrier Removal Teams to efficiently resolve community issues.
- →You will interface with military and civilian agencies that provide source data and documentation for the Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT).
- →You will oversee Current Readiness Cross Functional Team (CR CFT) data collection and population of appropriate charts and graphics to be used for presentation of Type/Model/Series (T/M/S) CR CFT status and progress.
