This Position is located in the Facilities and Administration, Workforce Solutions Branch. The incumbent serves as a Management & Program Analyst for the Human Resources team, responsible for providing guidance and support on agency-wide human resources policies and providing recommendations and findings to senior management officials and stakeholders across the agency.
What You'll Do
- →This Management and Program Analyst position is located in the Workforce Solutions & Logistics (WS&L) / Administrative Services (AS) / Mission Support (MS), Transportation Security Administration(TSA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
- →Duties include but are not limited to: Provides comprehensive human resource liaison services to senior management and employees assist with developing, interpreting and/or advising leadership on the broad range of Human Capital policies and administration; and serves as an advisor to managers and leadership on human resources, employee development, and workforce analysis.
- →Initiates, tracks, and facilitates programs related to organizational structure; hiring and hiring practices; and Executive and Senior Executive hiring.
- →Plans, organizes, and implements human resource related projects and programs, utilizing resources across agencies to provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
- →Conducts analyses regarding current human resource endeavors, projects, programs, employee development, and workforce planning.
- →Ensures alignment of organizational goals, policies, and requirements of projects, programs, and other endeavors towards mission goals.
Requirements
