Performs a combination of routine and multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of a Manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional.
What You'll Do
- →Performs a combination of routine and multiple and varying assignments under the general direction of a Manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional.
- →Acts as an individual Contributor and/or member of a team for projects/programs within a defined area of responsibility.
- →Applies Experience and detailed knowledge to plan and accomplish assignments.
- →Typical assignments include: collecting and analyzing data/information; conducting research; applying Policies and procedures; identifying problems; and working with higher and lower-level professionals in Day-to-day operations.
- →Develops procedures, systems, and methods on a variety of management functions and activities in one or more of the following areas - organizational planning and development, staffing utilization, productivity, work improvement and work methods, work measurement and staffing standards development, goals and Objectives.
- →Provides ongoing assistance, works basic issues, and acts as the organization's liaison to the Human Resources Office.
- →With general direction, monitors, coordinates, and provides information to facilitate Personnel management activities and related forms for the full range of personnel actions.
- →Collaborates with managers on position management functions to include preparing job description documentation for the Division.
- →Interfaces with employment services staff for guidance and staffing advice on position design.
- →Works minor issues and serves primary administrative processes associated with performance Management.
- →Plans, schedules and conducts analyses/studies of proposed program plans for accomplishing program Activities.
- →Determines from a programmatic perspective the viability, consistency and accuracy of plans and Projections and conducts reviews to determine resource levels required to accomplish programs in a sound and efficient manner.
- →Provides supporting rationale on the establishment or clarification of objectives.
- →Ensures that plans are consistent with program guidance.
Requirements

- ✓Substitution of Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
- ✓OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
- ✓OR LL.M., if related.
- ✓Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
- ✓Combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position.
