You will serve as an Operations Program Analyst (OPA) in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM), Operations Office of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will develops operational metrics, financial metrics, visualizations and data flows for reporting and dashboards.
- →You will oversee, track, and support travel/training budget allocation, budget execution, and travel orders.
- →You will conduct data analysis of project and product/service delivery to assess performance to plan and support production management by Operations across the FEC Directorates and Divisions (DIRs/DIVs).
- →You will coordinate input from various stakeholders to draft recurring monthly reports/updates and the annual Command Operations Report.
- →You will create new or use current metrics to monitor and ensures conformance to OPS standard operating procedures.
- →You will ensure FEC Core and PWDs properly collect and input required operations performance data elements in various NAVFAC e-Applications.
