You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST/Test Resource Manager (TRM) within the Test and Evaluation (T&E) Management of Programs and Operations (TEMPO) Department of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a team leader who works with team members to successfully complete specific tasks, produce work products and services, and meet program objectives.
- →You will integrate work processes and products, obtains resources, and maintains liaison with the supervisor.
- →You will conduct analytical work to improve efficiency and productivity.
- →You will accurately forecast, plan, and request test resources for Test and Evaluation schedules, requirements and objectives.
- →You will plan, manage, and execute complex Test and Evaluation requirements and tasks in support of a program and Test and Evaluation IPT priorities and objectives.
- →You will provides advice and guidance to team participants on resource plans, schedules, methods, policies and objectives.
