- →As a Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as Senior Analyst on evaluating the effectiveness of government programs.
- →Analyze, conduct evaluations, and advise management on program and operations effectiveness and on management efficiency and productivity.
- →Recommend changes to policy and regulations.
- →Provide strategic analysis and assessment to recommend systemic adjustment to improve the efficiency of policies and procedures.
- →Prepare reports for budgetary, statistical and quantitative data for internal and external purposes.
- →Assess data management methodologies in accordance with information requirements.
- →Oversee studies of budgetary, financial administrative operations of the Federal budget process, and all associated policies, directives, procedures, and regulations, to develop and provide authoritative advice and interpretation of legislation.
- →Research, interpret and analyze budget and financial management policy.
- →Evaluate budget requirements and allocation among resources.
Requirements
- ✓This position will be filled under the DOC Alternative Personnel System (CAPS).
- ✓Under CAPS, positions are classified by career, pay plan, and pay band.
- ✓The ZA-4 is equivalent to the GS-13/14.
- ✓Key Requirements: Applicants must be U.S.
- ✓Suitable for Federal employment, as determined by background investigation.
