What You'll Do
- →Review, analyze, and validate man-hour and staffing data to ensure accuracy for decision-making.
- →Identify discrepancies or trends in reported data and coordinate corrections with departments Maintain and update organizational, staffing, and reporting information to keep records accurate and compliant.
- →Prepare recurring reports, reconcile data, and provide information to leadership and stakeholders.
- →Train staff on proper time reporting procedures and provide ongoing support to ensure accurate submissions.
