Organizational Location: These positions are located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), in El Centro, California; San Diego, California; Seattle, Washington. Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement will be adjusted to include locality payment for selected duty location. General Schedule locality pay tables may be found under Salaries & Wages.
What You'll Do
- →As a Management and Program Analyst, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Conduct analytical studies and management reviews to assess and improve the effectiveness of agency programs, operations, and management processes, applying qualitative and quantitative methods to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- →Develop program evaluation frameworks, including identifying performance indicators, designing data collection methods, and applying statistical techniques to measure program outcomes.
- →Evaluate program accomplishments against established goals, assessing compliance with policies and regulations, and recommending program adjustments and resource optimization strategies.
- →Assess the projected impact of new or modified legislation on agency programs and resources.
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across HSI, ICE, and other law enforcement agencies on studies that cross organizational lines, and presenting findings and recommendations to management through reports, briefings, and presentations.
- →Advise staff on program evaluation and management practices, contributing to standard operating procedures, and monitoring emerging trends in program management.
