About the Position: This position is located at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.
What You'll Do
- →Assist with measuring/assessing of clinical business activities with an emphasis on improving clinical product line performance.
- →Collect and consolidate a large statistical database containing quantity and characteristics data for assigned work centers.
- →Coordinate with personnel at all levels in the implementation, modification and maintenance of information systems.
- →Utilize Military Health Systems to complete data entry, data extraction and report building.
- →Conduct research and analysis and assess impact of program and system changes.
- →Conduct audits/reconciliations at different levels of the Medical Expense and Reporting Performance System.
- →Serve as the first level supervisor responsible for assigning work, preparing schedules and preparing performance appraisals.
