The primary purpose of this position is to provide expertise in performance of work requiring critical thinking as applied to enterprise-wide strategy, plans, policies, processes, relating to wargames & exercises, plans, defense planning guidance (DPG) scenarios, lessons learned, continuous process improvement (CPI), current/future concepts, and innovation.
What You'll Do
- →Directly assists the commander/director in the management of all SF W&T program functions for Air Force organizations globally.
- →SF Weapons & Tactics Instructor Course (WTIC) and Graduate management OPR.
- →Conduct assessments in all aspects of multidisciplinary security of DoD weapon systems, which includes interoperability, risk identification and mitigation, incident response, mission assurance, and exercise mission areas.
- →Maintains continuous coordination with Air Staff, other service headquarters, and DoD offices to integrate Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) support actions.
